Matta
Matta Rice is known as Palakkadan/Kerala Matta rice, or Kaje Rice. native assortment of rice filled in the Palakkad locale of Kerala, India. It is utilized consistently for idlies, appams and plain rice; it is not the same as earthy colored rice. It contains dampness level 13 % normal with normal length of 5 mm.
